We appreciate your volunteering at The Banquet! Group Checklist for Success
o The Banquet is a feeding, encountering, and sharing ministry
o Serving 150 – 250 guests from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
o 6 total volunteers to prepare the meal from 2 PM – 5 PM
o 15 total volunteers to serve the meal at 5:15 PM – 8 PM greeting and sharing, serving beverages, serving line, and dishes
o Please dress in appropriate work attire casual pants/long shorts, no open-toed shoes, long hair pulled back
o Age Requirements 10 and older my serve in the dining room; 13 and older may serve in the kitchen
o Please have someone ready to share a 2–3-minute devotion
o Meal sponsorship: between $500 and $700
o Milk, coffee, and serving supplies sponsorship: an additional $75
