Below are some reminders for your group and procedures we follow to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Group Checklist for Success
o The Banquet is a feeding, encountering, and sharing ministry
o Serving 250 – 300 guests from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
o 6 total volunteers to prepare the meal from 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM
o 20 total volunteers to serve the meal from 10:30 AM – 1 PM greeting and sharing, serving beverages, serving line, and dishes
o Please dress in appropriate work attire casual pants/long shorts, no open-toed shoes, long hair pulled back
o Age Requirements 10 and older may serve in the dining room; 13 and older may serve in the kitchen
o Please have someone ready to share a 2–3-minute devotion
o Meal sponsorship: between $500 and $700
o Milk, coffee, and serving supplies sponsorship: an additional $75
